Hostel Policies

  • Check in: 3:00 PM
    Check out: 11:00 AM.

    Early check in: $12 subject to availability.

    Late check out: $12*. - 1:00 PM.

    *This fee is automatically applied if you do not check out by 11:30 AM unless arranged prior with front desk

  • Standard (Flexible) Rate

    • Cancel more than 2 days before arrival: We keep 10% of the total stay and refund the rest of your deposit.

    • Cancel less than 2 days before arrival: We charge the first night as a cancellation fee.

    • Cancel on the day of check-in or no-show: No refund.

    Non-Refundable Rate

    • No changes. No cancellations. If you cancel, 100% of the total stay is charged.

    “Arrival” refers to your scheduled check-in date (local time at the property).

  • Life happens. We get that. Reservations on bed and private-room confirmations are fully refundable 3 days prior to the check-in date, less a $5 fee to pay transaction costs.

    Reservations on full-facility rentals are fully refundable 30-days prior to the reservation date, less a $150 cancellation fee.

  • Private property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

    Age & Local Residency

    • Guests must be 18+.

    • Nevada IDs with an address within 50 miles of the hostel are not accepted.

    ID Requirements

    • A government-issued photo ID showing place of residency is required.

    • Accepted for international guests: foreign passport, foreign driver’s license, or foreign ID card.

    • U.S. passports do not list an address, so a U.S. passport must be paired with one of the following:

      • Out-of-state (or out-of-area) U.S. driver’s license, or

      • U.S. government-issued photo ID that shows your address.

    Payments & Deposits

    • No cash accepted on premises. All charges and security/incidental deposits must be paid by credit or debit card.

    • The card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in to verify identity.

      • You may use a different card for remaining balances/deposits if it belongs to a registered guest.

    Third-Party Cards

    • No third-party payments (friends, relatives, etc.) unless the cardholder is also a registered guest.

    All policies are enforced at check-in (local time at the property).

  • PARKING IN THE HOSTEL $10 A NIGHT.

    In case you are coming with a car let us know in advance to reserve a spot for you, we have a small parking lot with 8 spots only.

    (The parking lots on the strip are $23 a night.)
